Many of us are suffered from dark circles and puffy eyes. They can make us look tired and older. For me, I have thousand years dark circles for many years and I tried a lot of different methods to flight for my dark circles.
Before treating your panda eyes, you have to find out WHY you got the dark circles. Thus you can tailor-made your own method to remove your dark circles. Like smoking, drinking alcohol, sleeping problems, nasal congestion, allergy, genetic and lack of vitamins are the common reasons why you got the dark circles.
I also recommend my favorite method to reducing dark circles in this video. By applying the cold spoons and caffeine tea bags under your eyes, it can help constricting the blood flow under your eyes. It also can help you waking you up and reducing your puffy eyes and swollen face in the morning.
One thing you have to be careful: you have to make sure your spoons and those tea bags are not too cold to burn your eye's skin since the skin around your eyes is really THIN.
